International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 10–20 business days depending on the destination. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Free Return Shipping
Returns are free on all orders within the domestic US. International return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Undergarments and swimwear are final sale for hygiene reasons.
- Items damaged due to wear, washing, or alteration are not eligible for return.
How to Return
- Start your return: Click the return link in your order confirmation email or email us at returns@helogyn.com with your order number.
- Pack your items: Place the unworn item(s) with original tags in the original packaging or a secure shipping bag.
- Ship it back: Attach the prepaid return label (domestic US orders) and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- Get refunded: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to place a new order for the desired item and return the original for a refund. This ensures you get your preferred item before stock runs out. If you prefer a direct exchange, contact our support team and we will reserve your new size while your return is in transit.
